Partner Program
What partners can do with proposals in the Partner Console, and how prices and discounts follow each partner's commercial agreement.
Partners in the WASViking® Partner Program sell and operate the platform for their own customers. Prices and discounts follow the commercial agreement each partner signs with WASViking.
Proposals
In the Partner Console you build a proposal for a customer by choosing the plan, the add-ons and the modules. The console shows the customer price and your partner price as you go, so you know the numbers before you submit. Operators with the Partner Admin or Partner Analyst role can build and submit proposals.
Prices and discounts
Your discounts come from your partner agreement. The details of your tier are shared with you when you join the program, and the console always applies the terms in force for your account.
Following a proposal
Every proposal shows its status in the console. Some are provisioned as soon as you submit them, and others are reviewed by WASViking first. Once a proposal is accepted, the customer admin receives an invitation to the portal.
Trials and billing
A proposal can ask for a trial period, which WASViking confirms. Trials are not billed.
WASViking bills the partner, never the partner's customers. Each month you receive one consolidated invoice for your customers. Customers on an annual contract can be billed once a year in advance or monthly under a 12-month commitment. Invoices, usage above the plan and payment options are explained in Help inside the Partner Console, after you sign in.
